Cobalt gauges

Any one hook up cobalt gauges yet? I cannot find a constant 12 volt source during cranking. Everything in the car shuts off during cranking so the gauges dont re-calibrate right. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! I have even tried diodes on the acc. and ignition with no success.

i have cobalt gauges. i dont believe they calibrate themselves wrong if the power shuts off during cranking. the boost gauge might be a possible issue, as it takes absolute pressure, but my A/F ratio (which is worthless anyway) and a nitrous pressure gauge, both of which work fine.

there is plenty of wires inside that are on during cranking , pretty much any of the pink wires behind the fuse box are

ive actually got a wire hooked up to my ign switch , that runs a relay that gets power directly from the battery

My other gauges are fine it is the boost gauge that is wrong, good guess. I will try that pink wire on the pcm, or the relay was plan B anyway. I was going to use the pink wires in the main harness behind the fuse box but they are all constant, it would work but I need to figure out how to wire a relay so it switches over from constant to switched so the gauges are not on all the time. How do you have yours wired cavie?
