Well I finally just recieved my pace setter headers from the GP that was going on. My father was reading the instruction and it doesn't mention how much torque lbs should be used to tighten the headers. He thinks it's 19 foot lbs or some sort.
I am just curious if anyone knows for sure.

as tight as you can get on everything. make sure to go pick up a new felpro exhaust manifold gasket because the ones they send you are @!#$.
I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.
you dont need to get a new gasket. most use the stock gasket
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
I put mine on tight as it would go. I dont know if you have Z24 and have the header against the firewall but if you do you will find that it will be VERY hard to get the torque qrench back there.
The gasket they give you is fine. I also wouldnt use your stock one. The gasket should be changes everytime you change a bolt on.

never been big on the paper neoprene gasket. a stock gasket is under 10$ metal and will last longer than an organic. especially in high heat.
you have a 2.2 ohv, the torque specs are 118in/lbs or 13 N*m
check a week later and retorque to make sure none back out.
we recomend checking then every other day for about a week
I would use some lock tight too
