Any muffler shop will have a bung and they can weld it in after cat with no problem. You just need a 2.25 cat W/O Air tube. Theyre practically universal.

so basically as long as its a better flowing cat the muffler shop should be able to put the bung for the O2 sensor. so i just get that one there in 2.25?

if you get solid mounts you shouldn't have a problem with breaking anything in your exhaust. i don't have a flex pipe and mine is just fine.

i guess i'll buy the mounts as soon as i have the money, which will probably be soon considering i have a job now . but if i run the car without the mounts for a while will the ball socket thing that is on were the header bolts to the downpipe work so that the header wont break. oh and before i get the exhaust done is this a decent setup i will be running pacesetter header (already ordered) magnaflow cat (prolly the one from the link) 24" flowtech purple hornie (already have) magnaflow univeral oval muffler (already have) and 2.25 inch piping that will be compression bent.

keep an eye on the header to b pipe flange bolts. they like to gradually come loose.

well i just bought the one from the link but i bought it in 2.25" instead of 2.5" so hopefully i can get my full exhaust and header done in about two weeks if the header and the cat get here around that time. anyone know what kinds of gains i will get? if not will i be able to feel it when i step on it?thanks

unless you are boosted, you don't want 2.5". the 2.25" is plenty. with a header, b pipe, high flow cat, and a 2.25" catback, you will definitely be able to feel it when you step on it.
