hey i was looking into getting the rsm racing alt pulley and i noticed it said lightened pulley, so does this mean i can use the stock belt still since its just lighter or is it bigger also and they arent telling me?

It is a bigger pulley you have to change the belt. I emailed them about it once and was told that the crank pulley comes lightened in both stock size and underdriver, but the alternator pulley only comes undriven. But if you use the underdriven crank pulley and the alternator pulley as well you can still use the stock size belt.
