one is the crank pulley, one is the alt pulley. some people don't recommend using both, but i've never had any problems with running both. if you experience any charging problems or anything running wierd, replace the alt pulley with the stock one and leave the crank pulley with the lightweight.

i havent had any problems with both either... lights dim a little at idle but thats it.

so when i order it from aem i only get the alt pulley and the correct belt, so the crank pulley in the pic is just showing what else AEM has to go with the alt pulley?
usually theres only the pulley for the crank not the alt thats an extra... that looks like both the alt and crank pulley w/o the belt that you have to purchase...
