Just wondering what kind of intake you guys have on your 95-97 2.2L jbodies.
I was going to go with the RKSport one until I realized that it was only a add on. I have to replace the whole assembly.
I found the RSM intake. Wondering what you guys thought of that one.
I don't have a Cavalier intake. The intake I have goes over the engine and the cone sits right behind the cooling fan. That is the way it came when I bought it. I have been meaning to call him up to ask what car it is made for. I can put my hand between the cone and fan and feel the cool air.
rsm's is too expensive.

My intake is an el cheapo Cosmo Racing intake with a K&N filter on it.
Best bang for the buck if you ask me.

90 degree rubber elbow cut in half (for 45 degree elbow), civic intake, peice of s-tube (for iat sensor bung) factory airbox cut for my ram air hood.

Well so far, I kinda like the cosmo racing one the best. The only thing i don't like about it is that there is no mounting bracket. It rests on the valve cover, Right? Easy fix tho.

I dont know.... the custom ones just arnt doing it for me. I have a custom one on now. the only thing is it is going over the exaust manifold and getting heated. Heres mine.

anyone have pictures of how they put on a cai or wai for that matter on a 2200 with the throttle body pointing up right infront of the fire wall? all i've ever seen is pictures of the tb going out horizontally.
