What would you have done to the head minus replacing valvetrain. I need to stay in the ECMs parameters.

*Shave it for higher compression
*Port match exhaust
*Port match intake
*polish combustion chamber
*polish intake/exhaust runners

anything else you would add or delete from the list?

*Shaved 0.010" to make flat again (max amount)
*Gasket match exhaust (header ports are still larger to enhance scavenging)
*Port match intake (air)
*polish combustion chamber (oooohhhh)
*polished exhaust ports (I could see myself in them)
*roughed (80grit) intake runners (rrrrruff)
*Stainless valves (shiny)
*Stiffer valve springs (hard)
*3-angle valve job (radiused)
*Cleaned the @!#$ out of it to make it look aluminum again

* Dumped the POS 2.4 head (YAY!!!!)
* Went to the Yard and pulled a 086 head
* Thermal clean performed on head
* Cryotreated head
* Very mildly polished the intake side
* Very Mildly polished the Exhaust Side
* Replaced one valve and one guide (Somehow it bent and broke)
* Looking for a gasket that is .093" Thick to keep my CR to 10.09:1 (So my PCM wont freak)
* Sandblasted and Polished the Runners on the HO Manifold.
* Sandblasted and ported the Exhaust Manifold.
* 3 Angle Valve job
