I want a cat back!! But I dont know what kinds will fit on an 05 eco. What is different on the exhaust why are their 3 different cat backs one for eco,2.4,2.2Help me I want somehting cheap to thanks alot!!

This has been talked about tons of times over and over so next time just use the search button but I'll answer your question.
For your car, Magnaflow & Borla make great catback kits and they sound good too. RK Sport also has a cat-back system if you would like to check them out.

No i did search.OK heres the question why does rksport have on cat back for 2.2 2.4 and eco.And the other companies have different ones for different motors?

Because rk gives you a couple different pipes to use for the different motors, I have the rk single on my 05.

just go buy a universal muffler (whichever u like) then take it to a muffler shop and have them build u a cat-back, it will end up saving u some money, this is what most ppl end up doing.
Magnaflow is a nice setup for any cav if you are doing it yourself.

When I ordered my pacesetter it said ecotec on the web site, 2.4 on the box, and 2.2 or 2.4 in the instructions!!! It fit my 03 eco perfect though and no problems when I put on pro kit either. Sounds good, little loud though, needs a resonator. Not bad for ~$180.

it probably said 2.4 on the box for the 2.4 eco just because the 2.4 and 2.2 eco are virtually the exact same as far as exhaust ports go. depending on how quiet you want yours, i'd recommend something like a 16" resonator.

The flange and hangers are the same for the 2.4 non eco (since it is not out yet) and the 2.2 eco, vibrant has another part # now for the eco but I got mine before that happened and it worked out great. The hanger for the muffler was a little retarded so I welded my stock one on, but other than that no prob.
No it said 95-2002 2.4 L. I just thought it was wierd. Off subject, but I also have the instructions for my el-glo guages where the last line says "Reinstall dash and screw up." !
