Alright, I couldn't find anything on search... There are no places where i can get my '97 2.4 5-speed tuned around here... are there any other ways I can get it tuned, right.??

what do you mean by tuned? if you are talking about something Super Chip tuner thing then dont bother.
the computer cant be chipped either. so dont try that route. but the computer can get reflashed but that is for superchagers and turbo

so let me get this straight. will the computer compensate up to a certain degree of modding. i've heard many different things when it comes to the computer. some say that if you change your timing or fuel systems then you will need to reprogram the computer. but are you saying that the computer will adjust, but if you turbo or sc you need to reprogram?

The RSM program is only meant for use with thier chargers its not practical for turbo or NA applications. Getting internals requires no tuning. You dont need to mess with the computer to change timing for boost because you dont need to change it to begin with. To add more fuel with a forced induction car theres many ways of doing that, greddy emanage is the best one
