you need a belt that is 2" shorter than stock for most pullies I believe.

Most will take a 450K5 belt.

4050457(goodyear part #) is 3/4" longer than the 450K5 that everyone says to use but it seems too tight. I tried to replace my worn belt yesterday, but couldn't get it on either, so I'll be trying this one shortly, I have the 2.3HO pulley.

I was thinking about either the AEM tru power pulley with the Unorthodox 2.4L Crank Pulley. Or would the RSM Combo suite me better? Which would be the best combo performance wise?

I would not go with a combo set, just a single pulley. The 450K5 is the correct belt for the 2.3 pulley. I have used that belt on 4 different 2.4's. One of which we just installed Thursday night. The key is putting the wrench in the right place to get full extension on the tensioner.

So John, do you reccomend that I only do one or the other? Like just get the unorthodox or RSM crank pulley?

Im trying to get this answer right now as well for my 2200. I think just a crank pulley would be a good route and you would prob. see more gain out of that than just an alt. pulley. Just my .02 though. I know UR makes great stuff. It was great on my Eclipse.

I'll have a sig someday....................

I was planning or getting both. UR and AEM

I have the two pulleys.
Should be able to use the stock belt, AEM is larger, UR is smaller.
Result = same size belt.

Nice, good gains from the butt dyno on this set up? Any charging problems from anyone?

Not installed yet for me. (if i can ever get time to do anything with my car)

But I would imagine it would take less work for the system to charge itself or whatever.
As both pulleys are lighter than stock.
