I'm probably a retard. Just wanna make sure.
I was out at the junkyard again, saw a Z24. Saw the intake manifold... looked like the LO manifold I've seen so much. This confused me, 'cause my manifold looks nothing like this. It looks a lil' bit more like...

(If the pic doesn't show, it's <a href="http://www.geocities.com/wayrin/DCP_0017.JPG">Here</a>
Anyways, given this giant difference in how the manifold looks, is it possible for me to even do the HO swap? And, actually, for that matter, I'd be happy with a LO just to have the TB in a better position for intercooler piping... But, I just don't know if it'd be possible. Any ideas?

You were probably looking at a 95 cavi with the 2.3L in it. In 95 they put LO engines in the Z24s.
Are you saying that the intake manifold in the z24 looks like the one in the picture? If so then the manifold is the same as the one in your car. If you are saying that the manifold looks nothing like that and more like an LO manifold then you were looking at a 95 car, in 1995 the z24 and sunfire GT only had the 2.3L it was only untill 1996 that the 2.4 twin cam was used. hope that helps
