From the Gm Service Manual:

# Tighten the bolts to 60 N·m (44 lb ft) + 90 degrees.
# Tighten the nuts holding the mount to the body to 75 N·m (55 lb ft).

I installed the upper mount on my 01 Sunfire, took it back out a few hours later. It vibrated like crazy!
