I know there are lots of posts about this but I believe this might be an informative one. I've been wanting to get this manifold for some time and just decided to go to the junk yard too look for one. I couldn't remember what the Vin # of the vehicle it was suppose to come off of was but Vin D stuck out in my head. I found quite a few vin D's and decided to pull one not realizing this is the wrong vehicle. I get home and check to see if I pulled the right one. At this point I'm kicking myself because Vin D vehicles have the LO manifold. I run out to check the part number on the manifold and it ends up being the HO manifold. Not sure how or why. I like to think I got lucky. Maybe there are more of these manifolds on Vin D vehicles. The car was a 91 Grand Am.
Vin D is for the secret exhaust cam SO GO BACK AND GET THAT TOO,lol, as long as you have the large plenum that doesnt shrink in size you have the HO mani, good luck, I love mine.
for some reason, only pontiac cars with the LD2 used the HO manifold.

that's good to know. There are two more of those manifolds sitting there in the junk yard. Maybe I'll have to pull them and try to sell them. Yeah, I already have a set of those cams bought. Otherwise I'd be out there pulling them too.
