I found it had better throttle response at all RPMs, wouldn't say I got any more power though.

will the engine be louder or the exaust? i have the magnaflow dual exaust, check my car domain...http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/821677 and i want it to be rediculously loud... what can i do

My friend put a cherry bomber on his 2nd gen... I wont give it loud... But OMFG rediculous is an understatement.

I like the idea of removing the intake resonator because to me, it just seems like not having that in the fender helps get more air to the intake. I doubt you'll notice a difference from it as far as performance--it's more peace of mind---but your intake will get a little louder.
