i gonna attempt that with a all motor car. the motor is finshing being built now but i still need to order my suspension as well as something to keep the auto transmission from blowing up.
good luck with yours
RIP JESSE GERARD.....Youll always be in my thoughts and prayers...
Start with your basics. Intake, header, exhaust, motor mounts, throttle body, crank pulley. After that cams, weight reduction, head work, nitrous...

tranny mounts, a-arm bushings, lower it, drag radials in addition to what was said
If you dont run a high 14 wiht i/e/h/tb... sell your car
^^^don't be quite so harsh. How about this, if you can't do it with i/h/e/tb and drag radials, THEN sell your car.

i have intake, header, exhaust (2.25 inch), engine mounts, crappy street tiires and a NX wet kit 55 shot and i got a 14.9 on a 55 shot.
time slip is in my profile
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
i ran a 15.5 w/ an intake so w/ some decent tires and current mods i should be low 15's

Allright, allright... but then I expect to see 14.7 or better
^^^ LS7 so we can keep are v8 dreams uptodate with todays gen 3 v8s
1979 Impala Sport Coupe Aeroback
intake, cat back exhaust, new pulley, header, motor mount, head work and a 50 shot should get you there i would think, if not try the 75 shot
BlackZ2401: do you have any time slips? I'd like to see what you are running with atht S/C.

SLK 32
my 2200 was in the 14's stock...i'm now running 10's. Watch out supra...
actually I dont believe that anyone NA has run 14s with an ecotec on street tires so an intake exhuast header or tb alone is going to do it, best ive seen was 15 flat with some aggressive weight reduction certainly not in street trim
1989 Turbo Trans Am #82, 2007 Cobalt SS G85
Rodimus, someone in my area who is posting on montrealracing.com has run this:
Pontiac Sunfire 1997
Swap ecotec 2.2l 2k3
MODS:
Cold air intake home made
exhaust 2.25
cat high flow 2.25
muffler dynomax 2.25
o2 simulator
TIMES
Reaction: .276
0-60: 2.169
1/8: 9.573
E.T: 14.97
Mph: 91.337
so 14s with bolt-ons is definitely possible.
another guy in my area ran a 15.28 with a 2003 stock cavalier with street tires and full trim.
if so its the first ive seen
