hello all,

its been quite some times since i have made a post here on this site, i know none of thos who remember me missed me. i spent most of my time in the other car forum the last couple years. well anyway i did a quick search and didn't find anything on this company. i know some have been searching for stuff on the eco, and while there is way more than ever before here is just another to add to the list. if you knew about it great, if not here you go

nice link. They have a reasonable priced intake manifold, some nice head and block options, its pretty sweet. Thanks.

I've emailed them a few times and always got a quick answer. They seem really knowledgable on the engine as well. We certainly can use a good Ecotec engine builder ... but need folks willing to spend the money too.
That's one thing that bugs me so much is how little the J community in general is willing to spend for quality products. There are some that do, but not enough.
Good link though, hopefully there will be some that use them!

I had a friend who tried to get a black from them built and they made it a huge hassle. maybe it was unintentional.

when I have the money I am going to get a block from them I believe

On the ecotec power forum those @!#$s spammed it up liek crazzy for a while, there was a thread in just about every forum that they started and anytime someone mentioned performance they would post the same thing about buying an engine from them, best in the buisness, blah blah blah... sounded like a mix of info-mercial and spam... because of that personally I'd stay away from them

I've not been on the ecotec power forum much at all ... not good business to act up like that though. Thanks for the info Darkstars. Hopefully we can get some more feed back on them and see what they have and how good they are.

they did , steve bothwell is a good friend of mine

funny how the stock eco block is a foam cast aluminum block , and its been in excess of over 1500 hp , and been in the 6's in the 1/4 mile

granted they made minor modifactions to the block and sleved it , but 80% is stock
