I have the rk sport header for my 04 cavalier, and i got it used but the 3rd piece of the header looked like it had been cut off, i was just wondering if i needed to have that piece welded on to my existing pipe of it was just for a custom pipe setup and if this was a bolt on piece that i would not have to do any exhaust work to get on. I was pondering doing it tonight but i hadend looked at the engine or anything and was wondering if i could find out first if it could be done before i tried anything. No it comes like that originally... You have to clamp it on ... or you can get it welded on. If you clamp it on you will get some exhaust leaks.. so just clamp it on to the rest of the exhaust then go down to a exhaust shop and tell them to weld the two parts together...
