my buddy has a GTZ that he is going through and modding, and is giving me all the spare parts that he isn't using... right now i have...
HO exhaust manifold
HO injectors
HO crank pulley
HO cams
i know how to make the injectors work, but i really don't need them. i have the pulley on my car now, and i'm sure extra machining will have to be done to his cams. but what about the HO's exhaust manifold? does it flow better than the 2.4? and if it does what all has to be modified to make it bolt on? thanks!

Buy a header for a 2.4. The 2.3 exhaust manifold flow very well but it's a cast manifold. You need to change the flange and it won't hold. It will probably cost more for the machining then buying a 2.4 header.

you beat me to it. best advice i could give would be a 4-2-1 header for the ld9, chop off the flange, and have a new flange for the quad 4 welded on.

why would i weld a quad4 flange on the 2.4 header i all i was lookin for was a cheap upgrade for my manifold? i was attempting to recycle his old stuff onto my car. the pulley is workin nicely. and if i have some more mods i would put in the HO injectors. would the HO cams even be worth the swap since the HO makes power later in the rpm band?

you cant put the HO cams on the car without ALOT of mods, and the manifold isnt really worth all the work.
