i have my HO mani sittin here with a 56mm TB...will i need to use the 2.3L IAC / TPS sensor or my 2.4L stock ones?
can i use the bolts that i take off of my 2.4L Manifold to bolt the 2.3L HO mani up?
and heres a list of what i have...anything im missin?

56mm TB
Cruise bracket
Mani & TB gaskets
EGR block off plate
EGR gasket
EGR simulator
vacuum hose
breather filter
silicone
intake piping with air filter
and the tools to cut/screw/bolt/clean
ive read the quad4 forums....these questions just were not answered in the writeup
sorry about that, i havent finished the write up.
But your going to want to use the 2.3 IAC, and the 2.3 TPS, although some say you can mod the 2.4 TPS to make it work, or you can just buy a 2.3 TPS
Are you using a conversion flange? Or are you porting the manifold?

...then doesn't it just bolt on and run?
Anyway, use the 2.3L sensors. Do not use the 2.4L sensors.

He has EGR and I didn't. I think I bought a new IAT sensor harnass from GM to extend it. $18 at the dealer. You can reuse your existing bolts to bolt it up.

Ok thought I would refresh this topic because I'm confused as hell atm.... I have a 97 Z24 Auto, sitting next to me is all I need for the HO Mani swap here is my list:
2.3 HO Intake Manifold #22538691
2.3 HO 56mm TB w/ Cruise Bracket
2.3 HO 56mm TB Gasket
Chris Fontana Flange
2x 2.3 Intake Manifold Gaskets
5x M8x1.25 50mm Bolts
2x M8x1.25 60mm Studs
2ft Of Vaccum Hose
Lee EGR Adapter
Small Cone Air Filter
2.3 IAC Sensor- Came with the TB
2.3 TPS- Came with the TB
If I'm missing anything please tell me I have been collecting everything for a while now, some of this stuff is getting very hard to find. Well here is my question, what sensors do you use on the 56mm HO TB if you are putting all of this on the 2.4l TC? I know above it says use the 2.3 sensors with the 2.3 TB, but on nyjbodies.com he says in his writeup that you need to use the 2.4 sensors on the 2.3TB. I want this cleared up once and for all, what sensors do you use with the 56mm HO TB? The 2.4 TPS and IAC or the stock 2.3 TPS and IAC? Thanks for all of your help ahead of time whoever helps.
PS: If I don't get this swap done within the next few days I'm going to be selling my entier HO Swap as a kit, everything in my list goes, not selling anything seperate all or nothing. Be looking in the Classifieds within the next 2 weeks.

I used all my 2.3 sensors, and also used RTV instead of the 2.3l manifold gaskets.

which ever one makes your car run better.
i used the 2.3 sensors and my car ran @!#$y, switched to my stock sensors and ran fine.
just make it work...
or j-spec you can pay me for the manifold instead of selling it, or send it back to me
