i just installed an HO pulley on my 2.4, it's the same diameter as the unorthodox pulley that i sold my buddy. but we threw away the instructions, but i did a search and it said linked me to a dayco 5050450. that belt was way too small, so i went and got a 5050470 and that belt fit but it would slip horribly. so then i thought i had it made and got a 5050460, and this damn thing is off by a 1/2in. does anyone have any ideas am i doing somethin wrong? is there another way to make some slack besides the tensioner?? i'm REALLY PISSED. i spent all day on this garbage.
