2.3 LO throttle body onto a 2.4?

Will the throttle body off of a 95 z-24 with the 2.3 LO engine be a direct bolt on to my 2000 z-24? Like will everything hook up including cruise control? The 95 tb is 56mm right?

2000 z24 Coupe- Injen Short Ram Air Intake, OBX catback Exhaust,Magnaflow Catconverter, Auto Interceptor, RK Upper mount,Excel Ennio 17's.
Representin the Z's in Florida.

the cable wheel will not clear the plenium on the stock intake

Ok, well I have an aftermarket intake, I have the injen intake with the snake head thing on the throttle body.

2000 z24 Coupe- Injen Short Ram Air Intake, OBX catback Exhaust,Magnaflow Catconverter, Auto Interceptor, RK Upper mount,Excel Ennio 17's.

He meant intake manifold, not intake.
