Is the weapon R short ram intake a good one? or could someone recomend another one.

Which one are you talking about??? The Dragon or the secret Weapon. I have the dragon on my eco, and I am very pleased with it. I have also not heard any complaints on the secret weapon. Excellent intakes for the price if you ask me. If you do end up buying one, don't forget to purchase the cleaning/oiling kit along with it.

^^ Well everything that was sent to me in the box seemed ok at first but when I started assembling it and finally installed it, nothing seemed to fit right. The rubber connectors were off sized and the damn thing sits so close to ur throttle cable if you push down on it the engine revs. Plus mine was hitting the hood, so I had to wiggle it around to get it to finally fit. Lastly they give you a stabilizing bracket but there is no where to attach it so the damn thing moves all around unless you wedge it up against something. I'm disappointed with everything but the sound it makes. Wish I would have invested in the AEM instead of buying the cheapest one I could find.

I've been told that it works better in the fires because of better hood clearence. Never tried it myself though.

tes but your throttle is different isnt it? the only thin i would and did change with mine is the air filter NOPI'S number 1 filter is so awsome it sucks major amounts of air and allows you to hear the motor so you guessed it i put the filter on the AEM and it kicks ass.
