if your gonna stay pretty mild, just regualr bolt ons, then the 60mm will be fine. however if you are thinking cams and ported head, ten go with the 62mm. you may see a small loss in TQ from the larger set-up, but it will gain you more once the head & cam work is done.

I was thinking the same thing, but the way money is for me right now, mods come slow. I can't stand losing torque or any power for any period of time. I have a 2003 pontiac sunfire 2.2 dohc.
I was gonna get the 62mm throttle body for rsmracing.com and use my stock for the core charger, and wasn't planning on getting any head work done, atleast not in the near future. Would it be better to go with the 60mm?
My plans for soon are that, new intake manifold, turbo.
You think that setup will work?
Right now I only have an intake and straight pipe runnin off the cat.
thanks

yeah, im thinking the 60mm would be more than beneficial right now. The fact is that its about 6mm more than what stock is. That should flow a lot more, even in the high RPMs. I think im getting the 60mm.

I had my TB bored out to 62mm by Bolton_Horsepower@Yahoo.com. They guy is in Florida and he does a great job if you send him your TB. My car runs great! It does take about a week to get it back after shipping.
