Would it be a big job to swap a 2.3 HO into my 95 sunfire which is OBD1 and has a 2.3 LO in it currently?

if you have a 5speed it's possible.

You would need the dowpipe and you will need to modify your exhaust.

There's a few other things that you'll have to change too. You'll need a 92-94 Ho

92 would be better since 93-94 had lower Hp number.

Chance are too that you'll need a chip or an ecm. You'll want the old getrag tranny too. you can use the 95 tranny but the old getrag is really nice.
