Its laging its almost like it doesnt want to go somtimes, replaced my oxgyn sensor and spark plugs but it still does it

How about the fuel filter? I mean there are many things that could be causing this....Please provide more info. on the situation or what its exactly doing....

whenever i floor it in first it bogs down like it will go from 1000 to 1200 and stay there then it will go up to 3000 and finally start moving. when im about 3400 it goes but before that is really sucks.

Fuel pressure regulator ... take of the vacuum hose and check if there is fuel comming out the top, guarentee that is your problem. Let me know what you find

the regulator is the silver cylinder under the car in front of the spare tire hole right? with 2 hoses coming out each end.?

No, that is your fuel filter ... your regulator is on the front of your engine on the very left side of your fuel rail.

theres no fuel coming out of the top.
