problem with car

alright guys heres my problem. i have a 2000 z24. Car was working fine until a couple of days ago when they switched out my alternator. It got switched out and then the car didn't want to turn on. Problem solved battery was dead. so i got a new one put the new one on and it worked fine except until a couple of days ago i left my lights on and the car dosent turn on now. Got the battery charged thinking it was that. But the car still didn't turn on. So we decided to check the fuel pump, injectors everything was fine. The car turns on and dies 2 seconds later. Which is why we checked the pump, injectors ,ans plugs. Finally decided to get a mechanic to my house and he checked it out also. He bought a throttle cleaner and we took off the intake and started spraying the car stays on as long as were spraying the cleaner. He told me that my computer had gotten deprogrammed and that the agency was going to have to reprogram it because the computer wasn't sending any signals to the injectors. Is there any way we can reprogram it with out taking it to the agency. I thought at first it might be the theft system kicking in but I'm not sure. Hopefully one of you guys can help me out. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks once again in advance.

First thing I can think of to do wtih passlock is the gauge cluster. Did you do a cluster swap when you put in the new alternator?

Still cruisin stock.

When the batterie was dead because of the head light, he probably took it off to charge it. That can engage the passlock.

or even if the batterie was still plug, charging it or trying to start the car when the battery is dead cna do a reset on the Ecm/electronic accessories.

Charged the battery and now the keyless remotes don't work, abd the wrench light comes on. Can I reset the passlock?

I have no idea about resetting the passlock, but that sounds like what needs to be done.
