spark boot springs.....? I don't know 2.2s very well, but those are for the 2.4 and 2.3 with the coils over the plugs. they replacee the wires pretty much. I don't think you engine has those. Correct me if I am wrong.

No, you're not wrong. Unless it's the Twin Cam, it looks like he just flushed some money down the drain.
plus they don't do anything even if they are install on a 2.3/2.4.

yes the ecotech uses them also, that is prolly where they got 2.2
Only engines with direct ignition (like the 2.2 Ecotec) can use the boot springs. If your car has spark plug wires, then you're s-o-l.

yeah so just hit me up if you find out if they are for an ecotec. thanks man Oh and rk sells them for 30 bucks. Check out the website though cause they have some for the 2.4 and the 2.2 ecotec. If you could talk to the guy you bought them from and ask him if they are for an eco or not. That would be your best bet in finding out. Thanks alot man.
