i put on a 2.4l Bomz CAI and since then when i start my car (which is a manual) the clutch pedal vibrates very bad and when i am at a 1/4 throttle the gas pedal has a slight vibration and i have no clue about what it would be so if anyone would have ne ideas id appreciate it.

warped fly wheel or pressure plate? Is it a vibration or a pulsation they are offten confused.

You need to take it in and gets the 'Clutch Actuator Pipe' replaced with the newer design. Same problem with mines and the newer design cut out some of the vibration but not all
