will it bolt up to the 4t40e behind my 2.4 quad now? i can make the tranny hold up so that is not the ? here.lol

Your tranny that you have now will not bolt up to the 3800. If you want to stay with an auto then I would suggest getting the stock auto that comes with the 3800 (4T65E). You will have to get custom axles made up but I can point you in the right direction for those. If you want to go with a 5-speed then thats a whole other ball game and additional parts will be needed. Your going to need a custom sub-frame/mounts and a custom wiring harness as well. Check out my cardomain page for more info on the swap, search this forum for my previous posts or email me and I can help you out. This swap is not an easy swap by any means so make sure you have the money and skill to pull it off before you start, you don't want to get half way into it and not be able to finnish.
