Ok i finally disassembled my head and im ready to install the patriot performance stage II head. I finally got that damn plugged bolt out. I used a 10mm allen wrench, banged it in the hole, and then put a pipe on the handle. I had a friend apply pressure to the wrench where the hole is and i slowly pushed it up, and snap, it came off. I dont know why it was so damn hard for me.

What does the studs for the header and intake manifold torque to? I have to take those out and put them on the new one, so i need to know what to torque them to.
Also, how do i take the spark plugs out of the head so i can install them in the new head? If i should just get new ones, which ones should i get.
If you have any tips for instillation, please tell.
