I know iknow, theres no chip for it.... But if the gm tec can change @!#$, then y can't we? I have a fast @ss laptop i could use, is there any tuning/software out there that would allow my computer interface to "hook in" to my obd2 and turn stuff on/off or up/down?

not yet. but hopefully soon Shifted and HTP are working on a seperate systems trying to get things to work. but its hard and time consuming and coming with lots of problems so don't hold your breathe. it will eventually come out, but not for at least a couple more months

Doesn't stuff like this already exist? There's gotta be a software w/an inturpiter or something that will allow you to change the fuel map. And even if you could, would the stock ecm save and remember settings with out having to change it.
Is there anyother way to adjust things like timing and idle on ecos?
