heres my deal. i just got my AEM short ram intake today from Karo at carcustoms (thanx). i opened the box and looked through the list of the parts that should be in there. the instructions said that i am supposed to have a 5/8" breather hose, AEM sent me a 5/16". so i went to the local auto parts store and had him fit some hose on there, and the 5/8 was too big, so he went to he 1/2 and it was perfect. now, when i go to put this on am i going to have a problem? is the hose going to be too small for my engine?
btw i have a '00 Z24

i have that same prob
the intake i got was for a 95-99, but i have an 01
the connector that the breather hose fits on behind the throttle body is 5/8", but the nipple on the intake is 1/2", so i had to get a connector and attach the 5/8 to the 1/2 so both sides fit into place.
