Intake Manifold, and Throttle Body Question

About how long, and how hard is it to change the Intake Manifold, and throttle body?
i heard everything form a weekend, to a few hours any help with a time frame, and any thing i need to look out for? (99 cav RS 2.2 w/4t40e Tranny)

Me and a friend put mine on in about 3 hours. First time either of us have really done any engine work is with my cavy.

That was the manifold and throttle body right guys? or just the throttle body?

Well the tb shouldn't take you anymore than 10 minutes, its the im that will kill ya.

Just to add another question, I'm taking my IM and TB off Thursday to get them bored. I went ahead and ordered an intake gasket set. Anything else i need?

torque wrench, vacuum lines-depending on the condition of your old lines. can of intake/TB cleaner and a toothbrush.
