Stock Eco Bearings will be more then fine for whatever you wish to do . . . you really dont need anything more . . . but they SHOULD make it call summit racing they can tell you 800-230-3030 24/7

You can try Napa too.
Napas prices are OVER PRICED comapred to Summit Racings prices when it comes to Clevitte 77 bearings.

Here is the website for Clevite...

You can get a huge list of dealers who sell there stuff. Your best bet would either be Jegs or Summit both low prices . . . probably in stock item (more with summit)
I think you can also check online to see if they make it for your application or not. But as said on your eco, your stock ones will be more then fine . . .

guess i shoulda got em from summit then

Okay thanks Karo for the help. Wish that i would have checked back sooner because yesterday just ordered $500 worth of parts. Oh well just have to probally make another order
Napa was cheaper for the Rod bearings....... Summit was cheaper for the Main bearings......... at least on the 2.4
I saved $10-15 by getting them from Napa online.

When i had Napa do my crank work they just kinda threw em on the bill. I didnt think anything of it. I dont care about the money as long as im getting the best parts for the motor.
Im still waiting on a quote from Swait about a bearing and valve coat. That ought to solve A LOT of problems.
brian can you link me to summit where you found those main bearings?
Rod CB-1647P stock

Both parts made by Clevite

What part number for the 2.4 LD9 main and rod.?
I cannot find them on this catalog
I know they are supposed to make good bearings, but the clevite tensioner I bought for my 2.2 went bad after like 5,000 miles. OEM one is still good after 7,000 miles... Hopefully they make better bearings than timing chain tensioners.
