i can get the bumper and skirts for 75 pickup if not im at least getting the skirts , just wanted to know how much work would it be to either modify the light area to fit my headlights or to cut it and attach bottom part to my top 2003 bumper

Figured for 75 if its not too expensive to modify ill just pay to modify and paint and for sure the top will fit perfect
