Maybe we could have one at a road course, such as Motor Sport Ranch. Ive been to a few track days there with local groups, and it's basically just a few lead/follow sessions, then a few full out runs on the track. If I remember correctly, it was about $100 per person to participate on the track, and free for spectators. I know this might be a bit over budget for our usual bashs, but I was just throwing it out there as an idea. =D
not a bad idea at all...can you get some more info on the track for me ?
ok, i will try and drift but the only person that got this cavi to turn sideways was Jose and that ended up in a guard rail.
man good times hahaha i tihnk what he meant for road course was time attack and autocross though, not drifting haha
no more cavy...now 240 =]
I see a cool-air intake
It's got a NOS-fogger system and a T-4 turbo
I see an A.I.C. controller
It has direct port nitrous injection
Yeah, a stand-alone fuel management system
...Not a bad way to spend $10,000
From one of the last ones. Apparently you have to have a minimum of 20 car/driver sign up and pre-paid to actually have a track day, or else it will get canceled, so we would either have to go with another group, or plan this way in advance.
coming up with more than 20 cars is EASY..we had 120 cars at bash this past year...how much $$ is it per car though ??
I would be down for this. I race the one in Houston pretty often a couple friends and I have a H4 Honda Challenge car and we compete out there often. I've taken the cavy out there on a HPD days and found I need coilovers when my H4 Honda with a single cam with an intake and a sick tune can out handle me.
Great idea Tyler.
From my experience its from $90 to $125 per driver/car.
im down always wanted to race a road course
im down lets get the ball rolling
