alright fellas. here it is. the official flyer for the gm lonestar bash 08.!! let me know what yall think. i had my graphic artist do it but i came up with the design.
WILL,RAMON,BEN,AND MARK. and any others who are going to distribute flyers in your city/town. download the high res pic from the link below and when you go to kinkos or what ever, tell them you want it printed on a LEGAL size paper. the image was made for that size paper so if its printed on regular size it wont look right and will cut off on the bottom. thanks everybody for your support. we hope to keep this bash going for years to come. any questions just pm me or go to our website www.centexcc.com. thanks for the help everybody and hope to see you there in a few weeks!!!!!!!!!!

Naw but seriously we should have cars that will actually be at the show. Unless all those cars are going to be there? Just an idea. people go to the show sometimes expecting to see the cars that are on the flyer.

. and i kno i prolly shoulda used cars from texas but for one, do any of you 2 actually know anybody that owns a solstice,sky,fiero,redline,? let alone have pix? prolly not.so i had to find pix off the internet to get the flyer done within the time frame i had. plus i didnt wanna use anybodys car from here cuz i didnt wanna hear anybody bitchin about NOT bein on the flyer. jus like u 2 cooters. and it wasnt my idea to put mine up there. my graphic artist wanted to do that. he said he didnt see why not considering our club is hostin the show. sooooo when i see the both of u at the bash. make sure u protect ur cooters cuz ima give both of them a good kick to the lips!!.

my graphic artist said blah blah blah those are just excuses oh and yes we all know people who have cobalts, solstice, and some ions, fieros are a thing of the past they are like a needle and a haystack, but yes texas cars on a lonestar bash FTW
for once I have to agree with Ramon.
All you have to do is ask. I have redlines, Sky and I just ran into the feiro car club here in SA. And you didn't have to put all those on there. You didn't even put an HHR and we had a group of them out there last year.
I am not asking for my car to go on the flyer.
AND i do apperciate Centex for getting the show started but I know I would and I am pretty sure Ramon would as well help you guys host this show.
With that said. Don't worry about the flyers now. Just next year why don't we do this. Put the winners from the previous year of each class on the flyer. That makes it different and shows the texas cars.

ok so enough about the flyer..its a nice flyer..i dont think ive Ever been to a show and actually SEEN the cars that were on the flyer...the flyer is supposed to represent the TYPE of cars that will be there and classes we have....you say you want texas cars on the flyer and that those cars are in your clubs...you do NOT have a solstice OR sky that look like THAT in your club...if i would use a pic of your members roadster i might as well use a stock pic from GM cus no one around here has one that modified .. as far as im concerned rick did a great job with the flyer...keep in mind these flyers will be handed out AT the temple track for the next few weeks..also will be handed out at local custom shops,auto parts stores,etc...and again the flyer needs to represent the KIND of cars that will be there in order to help draw attention from people with THOSE CARS to come ESPECIALLY those that arnt affiliated with us and dont know what this shows about..some of the cars on the flyer werent even there last year so we had no pics to use..So let it go.....and how about this, ...
STOP worrying about whos pictures are on the flyer and START getting me your registrations that NO one has gotten me yet ...without pre registrations i can not make classes nor can i make awards..you guys said you want bigger awards this year and i cant do that without registration funds...you guys got 4 weeks to get them in before the registration price goes up so get on the ball

Nicer awards would be great. I can't conplain on the one i got last year. Looks damn good and felt great to get my first 1st place award at J-Bash last year. I'm posting the flyer anywhere I can and making sure my buddy does the same in Waco. Last year was great but it should be a hell of alot better this year. Looking forward to it.
