is there any way to take the serial number or title number to a "DMV" (driver vehicle licensing) center and have them tell me if the vehicle has been in accidents or what type of accidents???
the carfax.com reports an accident/fixed, but no more indepth info than that. I called the dodge dealer in the town and they gave me a really good service history. and that is all they knew about it.

wow I wonder whose art-4 that is that your interested in. I know the majority of the ones around san antonio cause I work on those cars fairly well. I help build my friends srt-4 and we were one of the first to hit a 12.2 at 120 mph. with a stock motor. I would help yea out but man mission is like four hours away.
I am trying to get ahold of my parents friends, they live in Brownsville, TX only 55miles away, but no dice so far. Some guy owns it, and his emails are impossible to understand and speaks very poor english. I asked "does it have a sunroof or the speaker in the trunk?" and he responded "not sure what that is, cd is good." lol,

my parents friends went and looked at it, said the car was awesome, drove really well, and was extremely fast. It was a rebuilt title neon Srt-4 (40k miles) that had hit a curb in the back, and that had been repaired 2 years ago and the guy still owned the car, and drove it every day. Sold for 7500 USD, I missed the BIN by about 2 hours... was super pissed.
