well clifford has most of that however the door popper you have to buy seperate. Then they can wire it you your alarm. I would go with either clifford or viper. There are others out there but those are the main ones people get around these parts.

Clifford FTW. Don't go to some crappy place like best buy for a alarm INSTALL IS EVERYTHING. If the wrong people install it, it will give you all kinds of trouble TRUST ME.

Check out bedford autosound. Ask for Eric they do stuff right the first time so you don't have to mess with it again later.

My last alarm was a 2way. Not worth it IMO. It worked great when you had line of sight to the car. But if you are that close you are going to hear it going off anyhow. Not worth the extra $$ to me.

Clifford has a additon I would like to get, allows for GPS tracking and if you can control the car from your cell phone. But that is 650~+ service alone.

Prestige and Viper are the same company IIRC. Alot of them are owned by one big company.

MIGHT work. REALLY helps if the remote has line of sight. It can go thru walls but it GREATLY looses signal..

Everytime my remote went off while I was inside I was already close enough to hear it. Outside it worked pretty far 150~yards or so I could use the remote start.

Clifford + Blackjax = car pretty much has to be towed to be stolen. Best you can get IMO.

http://www.clifford.com/uk/products/intelliguard950.asp
IntelliGuard 950 Comes with Prox, tilt/motion sensor (car getting towed), glass sensor, and of course Blackjax.

And you can add on a lot more to it too. Windows up/down, remote start, door popers, GPS tracking, cell phone remote, one touch windows up/down. To name a few there is probably more....
