I will be entering in both of these who else will?
alright yall i got a possibable club sponsership and i need pics of the club together. There are two shows we are doing today one is at 5pm-8pm at scottys diner in haltom city. The other is a night show in NRH from 9-12 now we will be meeting up at 4 at HEB in hurst to meet and then roll out to the show/shows. Hope to see yall there.
So how did the shows go? Funny how there were two Midnight Madnesses going on at the same time (D&D show in NRH, and CARS show @ FW Hooters).
Was the Haltom City one also D&D?
There were a lot of cars at the Waco show... they only gave one award out though. BUNCH of classics out (I would say at least 100) and quite a few more moderns showed than on Memorial Day weekend. There was another Cavi there, although he didn't show... it was a 99 Z24 which he's done quite a bit to (he's from the Waco area). He said he's been to the ORG and he has a cardomain site, so I'll look him up.

i'll be going to the tues night taco casa one.
I was looking at one of the flyers they gave out yesterday and there is a sponsered car show hosted by oreilly auto parts in azle. There is a club particiation award as well. Now its an indoor/outdoor car show im thinking about doing the indoor and paying the 30.00 to register my car. Lets have a big turnout for this show. Tomarrow if i go to the meet i will show you all the flyer, if not i think gabe has one as well. Lime green with donkey in the middle.
Also there is one at HEB hosted by rice killers that i would like for us to go to. That is 7/22/06 next sat. I think we should have a small detail day in preperation for this show. It is also a hosted/judged show so the entry fee is 30.00 as well.
Then at the end of the month there is a show in Hurst at a car toys right behind best buy. That is a sunday show so for those interested there are a few shows that we can possiabably attend.
When is the Azle show???
The ricekillers one sounds fun on the 22nd. I've been to the HEB stadium and the parking lot is huge, hence a lot of room to pack cars in. I guess we need to figure out who is going to Heatwave first, however, so we know who we can expect to be gone.
I certainly hope, however, that everyone plans on coming to the Sachse one (July 29) since we east-siders have driven out to Fort Worth or Arlington many, MANY times now. It will be a BIG show, and Sachse is very easy to get to. We have the numbers and the mods now to get awards without "shooting fish in a barrel" at these small shows, so everyone come out and let's show what we're really made of!

And by "small shows" I don't mean the HEB one, by the way.

The azle show will be on Sat September 9th
Baylor did you find that guy on car domain?
oh and i look forward to going to a show in your neck of the woods, just need to plan it sweet that show is on a sat so as of now im going to the show out in Sachse.
I dont plan on making it to heat wave in austin but im going to try and make the heat wave in san antonio. I really want to go to the GMSCB in illinois but im not sure though.
Yep, here he is.

His name is Lee and he has done quite a bit to it. He just needs a good quality paint job. I can't say I've seen fenders like his on a Cavalier before... he also has a CF hood and lots of other goodies.

not bad but i would only suggest ditching the wing and the thing on the back window, and maybe molding the reverse lights into the bumper.
BTW that Garland Taco Casa is new... it replaced a McDonald's that moved to a new building across the street. It's about twice as big as the one in Burleson and it's located on I30 and Broadway. Guess Gabe and I (and probably Kelly) will start frequenting that place soon...
