My carbon fiber hood should be here sometime this week. I have a carbon fiber spoiler that is 51 inches in length stands about 8 to 9 inches off the trunk.....I'm trying to make up my mind if i should install for the show or hold off till i have a body kit.
What do y'all think?
another thing was to buy some different legs to lower the spoiler lower to the trunk
yea you should definately get shorter legs....more like 4-5 inches would be clean. but hey its your car and you should def do what YOU think looks the best.
oh yea and get it on there then post pics...

yea its a carbonfiber spoiler so it will match the hood he is getting i say go for it dont forget the show is judged and every little bit helps imho
Did you get a different one or are you talking about that flat thing you busted out at the Dallas 3-Person Meet about a month ago?
And yeah, I'd get shorter legs for it too... we don't need any more J's popping up on those "cheap rice" websites, not to mention the attention of every 16-year-old within a 50-mile radius of Dallas wanting to race you in their beat-up '88 Civics lol.

no spolier. only a few j's can look good with an aftermarket spolier. need to see a pic or in person of you holding it onthe car before you make screw holes in the hood and no turning back.
Lower it a little and i think it would look real nice as long as the C/F is the same shade as the Hood!
i'll bring the spoiler this saturday to the mod day
i still say install it its your decision not anyone elses
