Thats right folks i think its about time for us the Texas J's to have another Club Meeting, except this time have it somewhere in arlington. I thought we were supposed to have one every month. I think we may be slippin a bit. Things to discuss are some of the same issues as before. If you were at the past meetings then you know.
It could be on a sat after a show or sunday i will let everyone put in a thought on where and when this should accur.

The sticker thing was already discussed at the last meeting...If any one wants to use your style sticker's they can since you've decided to take the initiative to do so. I don't have any beef about that. As stated before it's not my thing but that's me. I would however like it to be presented only on one side and not both. That'd be like telling K&N to change their logo or AEM to chage there's. DIfferent is good. But you still need to use the chain of command insted of demanding that it's your way or no way. Oh... and make arrangement's through us about meeting's as we are still president and vice president.
well i agree with JD but then i would liked to if i'm going to be voted in to be before the show so i can get a decal to represent the team better if some of us don't have decals then how are they going to believe we are truely one team?

Ok however the president dont ever want to do anything it always seems that if he dont like it then thats the way it should be. I understand that the sticker thing has already been discussed however IMHO like i have stated before its SUXORS big time. If will dont call it, you were on vacation which is cool everyone needs some R&R, the rest of us have pretty much split up some want to meet and when we do its normally just me, amanda, and a few others.

im getting sick of the finger being pointed at me, its really getting old. me AND jd agreed the "texas j" logo stickers WILL NOT change. PERIOD! what JD said is fine but anyone in the club WILL have at least one of the logo's. i do stuff and have mod days just because i dont make ALL the meets your at, doesnt mean i dont do things. i was at the track and at the burger king/tatoo meet last week or so. most have been busy preparing for the show and thats why some havent been doing the C.A.R.S. show or having the monthly meet. think how much money one could save for the trip if they werent driving all over the area and saved for the show in may. so, some are cutting back till after the may show. this has been mentioned awhile back. me or jd havent put a gun to anyones head or threatened anyones life and said join the club and oh by the way you cant ever get out of it. if someone doesnt like it then they can move on vs complaing about everything. weve disscused the shirts and banners, we asked for opinions/ideas hardly anyone said a word. i dont see any reason to revisit it but if JD wants too its up to him. i see no reason to keep bringing up the same issues; again and again, and again,and again. we formed the club to have fun and meet up and to do things, not to cause drama. the last meet turned into a biatch feast, we dont need another about the same damn stuff. its been discussed its been settled, move on! we need a fun meet, and see about voting ones in, or getting some dates on paintball,six flags, zoo, or some other ideas. tub'n trip? camping trip?

Maybe if we have more than just a president and vice president, kinda lik eour own government maybe we should have responsabilities fall on other peoples shoulders, Like maybe have a art director and maybe a treasurer or something. Since this seems to STILL be a problem with the chain of command or whatever. Have "rules" even been put into writing? We could have someone responsable for that too... you get my drift?
i tried that the last time others didnt like the whole we need rules thing so im just giving up , i mean if people dont want to do it the right way then i guess they like doing things the wrong way. Im just going to sit back and keep my mouth shut from now on.

I think i remeber saying something about that too, but i havent really been around much latley so i am not really going to bitch about anything. BUT, lol, we should get more organised and have at least a short list of rules and regulations. Also dont some clubs have to pay dues and such? i dont know if we want to go down that route, we do need more people than just a pres and vice pres that is for sure. everything should still be run by either one of them. say we want to make a new rule, it needs to be proposed at a meeting and then needs to be voted on and then agreed on by the pres or vice pres. Someone needs to be elected to organise meeetings, that meeting date should then be run by either JD or Will and then be made final at that point. I think i remember Will saying that this club is more for fun and friends, i think that is why we havent gone down the more organised club road.
We should have a meeting with ALL members and prospects at LEAST once every 2 months at LEAST. I dont think that is too much to ask for, i am getting more stable here with my job and such so i should be able to make it out more often, i miss you bastards...muahaha
