Looking for stuff for 2004 cav LS

I'm looking to buy a S/c or turbo kit for my 2004 cavvy. I started racing it today and it desparately needs power. Needs some suspension pieces as well. But power first.Seriously, lacking more like. Anyone know where I can find components? I am also looking at maybe buying the X-treme body kit from GM Performance.
Anyone have any leads?

Also, anyone interested in buying my 85 Monte Carlo SS? L-98 5.7LV-8, rebuilt trans, needs paint some carb work to get it back on the road. Garaged for about 8 months, drove it for several years after restoring from storage from previous owner. I just rebuilt the rear brakes on it a couple of weeks ago. I also 2 sets of wheels for it. and lots of stock parts. It also comes with an Edelbrock carb. The quad is on it now. It actually runs better with it. No-posi, 3.73 differential. Garnet in color. $2k.
I was going to either get it painted or set up the cav for autocross action.

hey I can tell you that It will be cheaper if you build you a kit for you cavy then buying a complete one. Also I did all my suspension upgrades before adding that turbo. No good to have all that power and can't put it down on the ground. If you need my help just shoot me an email. I mgith have some turbo stuff laying around or some friend that have some too. Most of the SA j's have been going turbo down here or building kits with my help so if ya want check out my site. www.sajbody.org

Take it to GTR performance they will custom fabricate anything you need at a good price. They also sell super and turbo chargers along with anything you will need. Give them a call or go to their topic 6 posts down.

Thx for the response! The thing I have with turbos is lag. Whilst superchargers have poser in the low end. My car has absolutely NO power on the low end. It hit a 16.2 at the track -stock. it needs serious work in the power dept. it handles fine for what I need for now. I am trying to upgrade what's broken right now. I have been racing for many years, and dont throw parts at a race car unless it needs it to be partly competitive. This is my....1...2...3...4...5...6th race car I think. Anyway, the springs will be done next(lowered). I trying to update it according what I have experienced it needing at the track. so far the bog is horrible shooting out of the apex. Bog on takeoff then when it hits 3-4k rpm's it get downright nasty. So i keep it in lower gears, The other limiting factor is that it's an auto. yea I know....
Anything would help I guess right now. I dont wanna spend an arm and a leg doing it.
My other cars were built on a budget and claimed several championships.
I ight start a tem here soon. And try to get my sponsors back. Lost job, lost (DISBANDED) team....

smaller a/r on a turbo produce quicker spool there fore you get your power quicker. I have a .48 a/r and I spool at 2500-3000 rpms

problem is, that is too late. I need instant off line response, that the s/c provides. I need to break 10-20mph before I trip the timing lights on the autocross course. Plus, instant on response out of the corners. This is why the Subaru WRX's get mauled by the older Rs's on the track. They gobs of low-end torque and the Rex's take too much time to spool. But they are very powerful on the longer courses, which a seldom set up. When the power comes on it is already too late and have to slam on the brakes for the next sharp corner. For me the S/c is the way to go. If I wasnt racing, believe me, the turbo is for me!
I called GTR earlier today for some prices on N/a work verses S/c install. we'll see.

well what do you want? I started with a real basic turbo kit with nothing fancy then as time went on I upgrade to better bov turbo intercooler boost controller piping and everything else. but that basic is still goin to run you about 1500maybe a 1000 if I can see you has some extra turbo stuff down here.
