this is froma 91 beretta 2.3 ho motor and its not a complete 100% swap but not that hard to do. People that dont know much knowledge though please dont even dare to try this.
I wouldnt take a dremel to it if you do that you might be throwing the whole thing in the trash when you are done with it. At idle the butterfly valve is usally cracked open a tiny bit to let enough air in for the car to idle.
I'd check the Idle screws, make sure the spring is seated correctly, and then try it out on the car and see where it idles before I dremeled it.

sorry for the misunderstanding on this.
i just have to dremel a little off the screw so it closes all the way. I cant tighten the plug on the opposite side because the plate wont close all the way yet, so i have to dremel down the screw a bit so it will close all the way. I hope people understand what i am talking about.

Oh and by the way dude I just talked with the guy at the shop about an hour ago and he said that maybe by tomorrow he will give me the paint.
We should have your car ready within 2-3 weeks. And maybe after that later we can work on the Sunfire I just bought.
