I have the intake, exaust, 18's audio, If this was your car what would you do...
things I am thinking about are
body kit...I have the equipment to paint it my self...I will install
lambo doors...I have heard yellow has installed a few...
air bags....I have a buddy that will install he can get the parts for 900
i cant lower it cause i go to tha boondocks...so i will bottom out unless I can raise it with bags
turbo how much ? can I install? 1200? ???
any more Ideas would be helpfull......

yes you can turbo for about 1200 or so (not including price if you get someone to install for you)
i wouldnt go w.lambo's b/c imo they are playd out
bags are nice and fun
kit...i would do only after suspension (wheel gap + kit = ghey)

(if you ask me turbo would be played out more then lambos or how about body kits or what about rims, or what about painted interior, or what about the words "played out" and "rice")

from your list, i'd go with bags first
you could probably piece together a homebrew turbo setup within your budget. it might not be teh sexy like what adler had or what darius has going on, but it's doable. just have to get your parts from the right places and do a good bit of it yourself or with free labour (buy a pizza and drinks and some locals might be up for helping)
i've been a fan of the stock kits for a long time, though i prefer the 3rd gen phase 1 z24 kit , but the stock lip kit your car looks to have is right up there.
