still no shows for me...
waaaay too much to be done to make the wagon show worthy, ya know?
plus there's that whole driving to ft worth thing.
seeing as the participation seems to be picking up a bit locally, the locals might consider aiming for club participation points. that might mean getting together with other groups...say, dfw gm crews of various sorts.
i know the local mazda groups are doing great, the protege group in particular. just something to think about for the future.
Have you seen the turbo wagon?
14.069 @ 98.91mph
229.1hp & 261.7ft/lbs @ 6psi
no tuning time
where can u go to register in person is it at that hooters
i checked w/christy about the parking situation, and it was true. the old owner of the bank(or whatever) thats behind the hooters doesnt want anyone parking there for the show. though the new manager doesnt care but he doesnt take ownership till next month. so the cops that are hired have to help watch the stupid parking lot to make sure noone parks there. with this development i dont think saving spots is allowed due to obvious reasons. she said there was i field close by or next to hooters that a landscaper was finishing up to be ready for cars to park in the field. enough spots will be saved for pre-registered only, though you dont have to park in those spots if you dont want too.
lets see
just called some people
list update:
1-william
2-john
3-paul
4-derek
5-danny
What about amanda, oh and i talked to kilgore on monday he said that he was going to enter also so we shall see. I will try yo get ahold of some others who knows. I will know more tomarrow
me,john, derek, paul, danny had a good time esp when the sun starting to go down. DAMN WAS IT HOT AT 1ST. we might have talked 2 new ones in and meet a jbod from el paso that moved here awhile back.
we all placed and got awards. not as many showed up since a late issue w/parking come up. a business didnt want us to use their parking lot and the texas heat prolly scared some away.
Hey guys, ya'll have some sweet J's. Love the doors! I was out there in a black Explorer Sport... Got rid of my Sunfire back in November, I miss it
