Alright guys, I've been talking to people from BC, Alberta, Sask and Manitoba and it appreas that some of them can't make this year JBO Bash because they don't want to make the drive or can't due to conflict in work schedules and crap. SO I suggested maybe having a meet where BC, Alberta, Sask, and Manitoba J'd could all attend. We think alberta would be the best place to meet, it's not official but that's the plan so far. we're just asking around to see what people think of the idea...so...what do you think. would you be willing to make the drive? I'd probably attend in my Beretta though if you guys were getting together. Theres quite a few cavy people in town who would go.
I know i'd never drive my car on the roads here.....................some people are quite the whiners.....

lol how am i biased it just is litterally the most centralized of all the 4 provinces where else would be cooler than having an option of partying on both the alberta and saskatchewan border, its nice little town and we could get a lot of supprt out fomr aorund here, maybe amke the scene a llittle bigger

There really hasn't been anything definite,.. but anyways,... i've been planning a few things for a meet here in Calgary.

Fri:
Streetlegals at racecity speedway (www.racecity.com)
They are usually open from 7pm-1am,.. but I emailed them and they said if there was enough interest/vehicles racing they would open up early to accommodate us
drag - $25 + auto-x - $15 (optional) + $5 helmet (if you don't have one that's schnell 95 or better)
Sat:
Late morning start to a cruise to Banff National Park (2hrs away)
There are shops, the view,.. photo ops and hot springs
Park pass I think is $12/person or vehicle,.. I'm not sure,.. but I'll look into it a little further.
That night,..we can all come back to my place and have a pseudo party involving many t.v.'s,..x-box's, Play Station's and racing/shooting games,... and of course,.. booze
If there is enough interest,.. I can find some campsites nearby for everyone.
If it's only a small group,.. then you guys could probably crash on the floor of my house.
There really seems to be a lot of interest generated in this. There are threads on winnipegheights.com, mbmsforums.ca, jspeed.ca and the BC J Body. So far it seems the meet would be in Calgary with groups coming from Winnipeg, Sask, Alberta and BC. The dates so far seem to be Saturday May 21, Sunday May 22 and Monday May 23. See you all there!
