Okay lady and gentlemen.
I hit the junker the other day, and realizing that we have a few 2.4 people in the group. I have aquired 2 count em 2 IDI covers, valve covers, call em what you will.
They say the following
16V QUAD4 DOHC
Rather than the regular 2.4L TWIN CAM
They are silver, and unpainted.
Since you guys are on my team I figured if anyone of you with the 2.4 wanted one. I'll gladly clean them up and sell them for cheap.
I see that on e-bay they tend to go for upwards of 40 - 60 bucks, just the cosmetic ones (I almost bought one.... *slaps self*)
I'd be willing to let them go for about 20-30 bucks shipped, I'm flexible, but I'm aiming for about 25 bucks.
They, however, do not have the coil packs. I took the liberty of removing them. The coil packs can be moved to the new cover easily though, I know I did it myself when I changed to my new IDI cover. (see profile for pics)
Anyways. these are purely for cosmetic purposes.
no lists, nada. I'm giving this about a week, maybe 2 before I put them up on the classifieds/ebay. but I thought I'd give you guys the benefit. haha After they go on ebay. I'm jacking the price up some.

did u keep the coilpacks or did u leave them at the junker?. any pix?
well since they don't have coil packs (one was damaged and one was missing, who knows where it went) I'm honestly considering just giving these away. or something along the lines of 5 bucks or something.....I have no need for them but I'm still thinking about that.
Here's a picture, it's dirty but it just needs some love and a good sanding which I'll probably get around to when the weather stops being a bitch.
