I just noticed that my dome light went out and i replaced it and it still doesnt work? im wondering if theres a fuse or something i have no idea.

yep...definitely. its marked courtesy lights i think. may be same as cig lighter fuse.

Do you have power going to it, does it have a ground?
If fuse is good then it isnt a short it is an open instead.
