My check engine light has been on and I went to get emissions tested today, and it failed with a "P0140- O2 Sensor Circuit Activity Detected Bank 1 Sensor 2." Which O2 sensor do I need to replace? BTW I have an O2 simulator, could that be part of the probblem? Its a 96 2.2 5spd.

Sensor 2 is the Catalyst Montitering Sensor ( the one that is supposed to be where the sim is at). Do you have a cat? If you still have a cat, that mod is pointless. Put the O2 sensor back. If no cat, check to make sure the sim is hooked up right.
O.K. so just hook that wire back up to the sensor then? (remove the sim)
